Warranty & consumer rights

Understand product-specific cover and the consumer rights that sit alongside it.

Two things to understand

A business warranty is an additional promise. It does not replace or put an automatic expiry date on rights provided by Australian consumer law. Second-hand goods can also be covered by consumer guarantees, taking account of relevant circumstances such as age, price and disclosed condition.

Product-specific information

Check the warranty information for your selected product and keep a copy of the listing and proof of purchase. This preview does not promise a standard warranty duration, battery threshold or manufacturer coverage for every item.

Administrator review: approve the commercial warranty provider, duration, inclusions, process and required wording before publishing an additional warranty promise.

Need help with an item?
