Get to know the condition

Read condition grades alongside battery, specification and included-item details.

A grade is one part of the picture

Our catalogue uses S, A, B+, B and C grade labels where provided by the source product. B+ may appear as BP in imported data. Read the condition description for the exact option you choose; do not infer a guaranteed appearance from a label alone.

What to check

  • Appearance: inspect the stated screen, frame and casing condition and any disclosed marks.
  • Battery: use the battery statement on the listing. A grade does not imply 80%, 100% or a replacement battery.
  • Specification: check model, storage and the selected configuration.
  • Included items: only the stated accessories and packaging should be assumed.
  • Compatibility: match the exact model, connector and dimensions listed for an accessory.

Grade definitions under review

Detailed S/A/B+/B/C appearance standards are awaiting alignment with the existing business grading process. Administrators should replace this section with approved definitions before launch; this draft intentionally does not invent inspection, certification or functional guarantees.
