Your information

Privacy, in plain language

An editorial draft explaining information handling and the details still to be approved.

Draft notice

This is a working privacy notice for administrator and legal review, not a final statement of the operating business's practices. The legal entity, privacy contact, service-provider list, retention rules and any overseas handling must be confirmed before launch.

Information used by this storefront

Account and delivery features use information such as your name, email and address. Signing in with Google uses identity information to sign in to or complete a Shopware customer account. The storefront uses a session cookie to maintain functions such as sign-in and the shopping bag.

Order details are shown only through the signed-in account boundary. Copying an order reference in the help panel is a deliberate local action; it does not automatically send an enquiry. This preview has no support submission form.

Services, cookies and choices

Administrators must document the actual hosting, identity, email, address-assistance and future payment providers, what each receives and where data is handled. Do not describe analytics, marketing consent or payment collection as enabled merely because a policy mentions them. These features require their own reviewed implementation and notices.

Questions and corrections

The approved privacy contact and request/complaint process will be published on this page and Contact. Never send passwords or card details with a privacy request. The final process must explain appropriate identity checks and available access/correction choices.

This draft follows the structure described in the OAIC privacy-policy guide. The business must confirm its applicable obligations and actual practices.
